Introduction

Born in 1985 in Niigata, Japan. Since 2018, I have been living in Berlin with my family. In 2022, I launched “gozen,” an online Japanese cooking class designed for Japanese people living abroad, offering recipes that make it easy to enjoy authentic Japanese meals even in overseas environments.

Since 2024, I have expanded my activities to reach international audiences through pop-ups, workshops, catering, and selling Japanese sweets. I also share the cultural side of Japanese cuisine by recreating iconic dishes featured in anime under the theme of “Japanese food × culture.”Through both everyday meals and cultural experiences, I aim to share the appeal of Japanese cuisine across borders.

Matcha Mascarpone Dorayaki

"The combination of mascarpone and sweet red bean paste is simply exquisite, and with the addition of matcha’s aroma and subtle sweetness, it turned into a truly refined flavor. I was deeply impressed by the level of perfection—it’s hard to believe it was made in such a short time. Thanks to the clear and concise recipe, it was easy to visualize each step and prepare everything smoothly."

"The gentle bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of white chocolate complement each other beautifully, with a rich buttery aroma that lingers in the background. These cookies taste just like a high-quality treat from a patisserie. The perfect crunch gives them a satisfying texture, and it's truly amazing that you can recreate such a refined flavor right in your own kitchen."

"This matcha rare cheesecake is wonderfully simple and easy to make. With just a few ingredients, you can truly enjoy the natural flavors of each component. It looks and tastes beautiful — the gentle bitterness of the matcha perfectly complements the sweetness of the white chocolate.
