Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Digital products (e.g., eBooks):
Downloads cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the download link has been sent or accessed.
If you experience a corrupted file or technical issue, please contact info@k-i-k-i.net for a replacement file.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Pre-Order Products
For pre-order items, the following additional terms apply:
Pre-Order Cancellation:

You may request to cancel your pre-order before shipment by contacting us at info@k-i-k-i.net.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe stated on the product page, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
Return Period:
The 14-day return period for pre-order items begins on the date you receive the product, not the date of purchase.
For EU Customers:
Your 14-day cooling-off period for pre-order items also begins from the date of delivery, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
